He leaves behind his wife of 44 years, Margaret; his brother, Loyale Kindig; his sons, Timothy, Edward, and Bill; his daughter-in-law, Erica Davies; his grandsons, David; and granddaughters, Maya and Sophie. Oliver was a loving family man and a brilliant researcher whose work left a lasting legacy on our environment.
